About us
Our experience in drilling water wells began in 1993. Well Done Waterwells Inc. was established in 2004. We run a top drive air rotary rig which is outfitted with the necessary technology and equipment to not only drill holes, but develop ground water in low yield areas and effectively construct water wells to last for generations in the varying ground formations found around Calgary.
From the heart of the Rockies to the prairies of eastern Alberta, we have drilled thousands of domestic and commercial wells. Some of the biggest, but most rewarding challenges come when we successfully drill and complete wells in low yield areas where a multitude of dry holes were drilled in the past.

On the basis of this information, we contacted Tim Klaassen, who responded very promptly to our request and withing 24 hours was onsite to discuss our requirements. Tim proved a most helpful and personable individual. On the basis of Tim’s advice, which included his skillfully ‘witching’ the preferred area, we then made use of a seismic company to help locate a suitable source of groundwater and in the event was well worth the added expense.
The Well Done drilling rig arrived on our property shortly thereafter and drilling completed in a single day. Tim was well prepared and carefully monitored the drilling, keeping us well informed as to progress and fully involving us in the decision-making process. A groundwater supply was located exactly as predicted and in quantity. This was extremely good news as the area we lin in has produced numerous dry wells, several of which are in close proximity to where we were drilling.
Tim used modern equipment to monitor well productivity rates required in connection with the Q-20 well test.
